Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council File 13-718 accepted the Report of Completion for construction of a concrete median island at the intersection of Como Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue; and

WHEREAS, the City held a public hearing on July 10, 2013 to consider ratification of assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter, the assessment is herby in all respects ratified; and be it further

RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
