Amending Council Files RLH AR 13-26 and RLH TA 13-177 to reduce the assessment for Property Clean Up services from January 2 to 31, 2013 at 1204 SEVENTH STREET EAST.  (File No. J1307A, Assessment No. 138511)

Body

WHEREAS on May 1, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File Nos. RLH AR 13-26 and RLH TA 13-177, said Resolutions being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up services from January 2 to 31, 2013.  (File No. J1307A, Assessment No. 138511); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1204 Seventh Street East, being described as: Messerli Eschbachs Addition Lot 7 Blk 3, with the property identification number 28-29-22-44-0104 was assessed an amount of $516.00; and

WHEREAS, on May 7, 2013, property owner came to a Legislative Hearing and the file was reviewed; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends reducing the assessment from $516.00 to $258.00 and payable in one installment; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $516.00, plus any accrued interests, be reduced.  Council File Nos. RLH AR 13-26 and RLH TA 13-177 are hereby amended to reflect this change.
