WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of John Domagall to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 1434 MCAFEE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until June 7, 2013 for compliance, waive the smoke detector affidavit, and grant to be out of the Fire C of O Program as documents were provided that son is now part owner of the deed; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
