Purpose of Appeal
I came back from Arizona on the 26th of April and found this letter in my mail. I have paid all applicable fees fro 558 Arlington in 2012. The house will be up for sale on May 5, 2013. I certainly cannot afford another fee of $1,440.00 on this property.

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
