WHEREAS on April 17, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 13-19, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal Services from November 29 to December 24, 2012 at 1365 University Avenue West (a/k/a 1389 University Avenue West). (File No. J1305P, Assessment No. 138404); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1365 University Avenue West a/k/a 1389 Univeristy Avenue West being described as: Syndicate No 5 Addition Lots 22 Thru Lot 25 Blk 30, with the property identification number 34-29-23-24-0106 was assessed an amount of $205.92; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections recommends deleting the assessment as there is a waiver on file; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $205.92, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 13-19 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
