RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511 to Ras Yirehmiel Tafari and his attorney, Andrew M. Irlbeck, the total sum of two hundred thirty-seven thousand five hundred dollars and no cents ($237,500.00) in full and final settlement of civil court file number 12-CV-1987 (SRN/JJK) for all claims for damages, medical bills and attorneys' fees regarding the apprehension and arrest of Mr. Tafari in St. Paul on August 17, 2010.
