Body

WHEREAS, Mintahoe, Inc. d/b/a Mintahoe Catering & Events (License ID #20130001003) applied for an Entertainment B and a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license for the licensed premises located at 255 - 6^th Street East in Saint Paul; and

WHEREAS, other licenses pending are a Restaurant (5)-151 and Over, Liquor Catering (State Cater/City Liq), Liquor On Sale - 2AM Closing, Liquor On Sale 291 or more Seats and Liquor On Sale-Sunday; and

WHEREAS, notices were sent out and DSI received no objections fro the neighborhood to the issuance of the Entertainment B and a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) licenses; and

WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of an Entertainment B and a Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license; now, therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, that an Entertainment B and a  Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license is hereby granted to Mintahoe, Inc. d/b/a Mintahoe Catering & Events for the premises located at 255 - 6^th Street East in Saint Paul.
