Comments:  NANCY BENEDUM WAS DECEASED AND CAROL FARR WAS POWER OF ATTORNEY.  AFTER SEVERAL CONVERSATIONS WITH CAROL ABOUT HOLDING OFF ON A CLEANUP, I DECIDED TO PRE-AUTHORIZED WORK ORDER AFTER GETTING A CALL FROM A NEIGHBOR. CAROL CALLED THAT AFTERNOON ON THE 7TH AND WANTED TO CLEAN UP HERSELF. I TOLD HER WORK ORDER WENT OUT ALREADY AND THAT SHE HAD PLENTY TIME TO CLEANUP BEFORE THE 7TH.
