WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 13-645 accepted the Report of Completion for various street improvements along Clarence Street, Point Douglas Road, and Burns Avenue to improve both pedestrian and vehicular safety in the area; and to construct an off-street parking lot in conjunction with the roadway work in partnership with the owner of Obb's Sports Bar and Grill; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on June 5, 2013 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
