ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER

Whereas, the City of Saint Paul "(Lessee") has agreed to enter into a lease agreement with Alfred R. Sundberg ("Lessor")  for the storage of vehicles and equipment  commencing April 24th, 2013 for a term of seven (7) months and shall terminate November 24, 2013 as provided for in Lease Agreement PR-87 attached hereto; and

WHEREAS, the Manager of the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section recommends approval of said Lease Agreement; and

WHEREAS, rental payments required under said Lease Agreement shall be paid from city account numbers 1000-1003105-53270-0, 250-1033123-53270-0, 325-23141-0286; now; therefore be it

ORDERED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute Lease Agreement PR-87 with Alfred R. Sundberg Jr.
