Amending Council File RLH AR 13-4 to delete the assessment for Property Clean Up ervices during November 2012 at 452 THOMAS AVENUE.  (File No. J1305A, Assessment No. 138504).

Body

WHEREAS on March 20, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 13-4, said Resolution being the Ratification of Property Clean Up Services during November 2012.  (File No. J1305A, Assessment No. 138504); and

WHEREAS, the property at 452 Thomas Avenue, being described as: Smiths Subd of Blks 9, 10, 15 and 16, Lot 57, Blk 10, with the property identification number 36-29-23-24-0116 was assessed an amount of $471.00; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the current owner was not properly notified of the action; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $471.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 13-4 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
