WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Tovah Flygare, SMRLS (Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services), on behalf of Meghan Cody, to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 839 THOMAS AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council allow the tenant to occupy the premises until May 1, 2013 if there are no life safety issues found after another inspection; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
