Legislative Hearing Officer allowed staff to accept this late appeal on the vacant notice. Staff informed appellant that it would be best to appeal the Summary Abatement Order if he is going to be late in taking care of it.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Jason Martinetto, Archer Properties Group, to a Vacant Building Registration Notice and Summary Abatement Order at 988 ARGYLE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the Vacant Building fee for 30 days and the owner must get the Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated; or, if the owner fails to be in compliance, the property will need a code compliance inspection; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
