WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Toua Yang to a Summary Abatement Order at 35 WHITE BEAR AVENUE SOUTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends the owner provide building specification documents that the tent structure meets the building code in terms of window and snow load. Must receive documents by May 1, 2013 for review and approval. If owner fails to provide documents, grant until June 1, 2013 to remove the tent; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
