Amending Council File RLH AR 12-144 to delete the assessment for Removal of Diseased and/or Dangerous Trees on Private Properties during October 2012 at 987 MINNEHAHA AVENUE EAST.  (File No. 1303T, Assessment No. 139002)

Body

WHEREAS on February 20, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 12-144, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for  Removal of Diseased and/or Dangerous Tree on Private Properties during October 2012 at 987 Minnehaha Avenue East.  (File No. 1303T, Assessment No. 139002); and

WHEREAS, the property at 987 Minnehaha Avenue East, being described as: Terry's Addition to the City of St. Paul, County of Ramsey, State of Minn. Lot 22 Blk 21, with the property identification number 28-29-22-34-0104 was assessed an amount of $398.92; and

WHEREAS, Forestry recommended deleting the assessment as it was billed in error; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that Council File No. RLH AR 12-144 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
