Title

Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up services during December 2012.  (File No. J1306A, Assessment No. 138505)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 13-121 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of December 3 to December 28, 2012; and

WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on April 17, 2013 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:

RLH TA 13-156:  1251 Albemarle Street;

RLH TA 13-150:  1620 Ames Avenue;

RLH TA 13-155:  594 Case Avenue;

RLH TA 13-147:  860 Lawson Avenue East - delete for separate consideration, referring the assessment back to Legislative Hearing on May 21, 2013 and City Council Public Hearing on June 5, 2013;

RLH TA 13-171:  1036 Lawson Avenue East;

RLH TA 13-161:  374 Lexington Parkway North;

RLH TA 13-163:  390 Lexington Parkway North;

RLH TA 13-169:  874 Marion Street;

RLH TA 13-160:  1160 Maryland Avenue East ;

RLH TA 13-151:  286 Page Street East;

RLH TA 13-164:  778 Pascal Street North;

RLH TA 13-159:  628 Pine Street;

RLH TA 13-148:  904 Rose Avenue East

RLH TA 13-240:  1094 Saint Clair Avenue - delete for separate consideration, referring the assessment back to Legislative Hearing on May 7, 2013 and City Council Public Hearing on June 5, 2013;

RLH TA 13-237:  76 Wheelock Parkway East;

RLH TA 13-292:  1190 Sixth Street East; And, Be It

RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
