WHEREAS on February 1, 2012, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 11-134, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Fees Services in September 2011 at 934 Juno Avenue. (File No. VB1202, Assessment No. 128801); and
WHEREAS, the property at 934 Juno Avenue, being described as: Bryants Randolph St Addition Lot 12, Blk 2, with the property identification number 11-28-23-31-0234 was assessed an amount of $1250.00; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the owner of record was waived a vacant building fee until February 1, 2012 so that the owner can be come into compliance and on January 4, 2012, owner received his Certificate; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,250.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted and the Office of Financial Services will abate this reduction from the tax statement. Council File No. RLH AR 11-134 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
