WHEREAS, St. Paul Festival & Heritage Foundation (State ID #04985) applied for a Premise Permit from the State of Minnesota to allow them to conduct charitable gambling at Bennett Restaurant Company, LLC d/b/a Bennett's Chop and Railhouse (License ID #20060002522) located at 1305 - 7^th Street West in Saint Paul; and

WHEREAS, per Saint Paul Legislative Code § 409.21 (b) (1) only charitable non-profit organizations licensed by the State of Minnesota may be allowed to conduct bingo or sell paddlewheel tickets, pull-tabs raffle tickets and tip boards on the licensed premises; now therefore bit it,

RESOLVED, that St. Paul Festival & Heritage Foundation (State ID #04985) is hereby given permission to conduct charitable gambling at Bennett Restaurant Company LLC d/b/a Bennett's Chop and Railhouse.
