WHEREAS on February 20, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 13-11, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for  Removal of Diseased and/or Dangerous Tree on Private Properties during September 2012 at 1073 ASHLAND AVENUE.  (File No. 1302T, Assessment No. 139001); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1073 Ashland Avenue, being described as: Summit Park Addition to St. Paul in Ramsey County, Minnesota Lot 21 Blk 42, with the property identification number 02-28-23-23-0123 was assessed an amount of$972.84; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends ratifying and spreading the payments over five (5) years as this was a request from the owner; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that Council File No. RLH AR 13-11 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
