This is a County request that the City Council review this application for repurchase of this tax-forfeited property.

WHEREAS, the Board of Ramsey County Commissioners has referred a repurchase application for property at 1563 University Avenue West to the City of Saint Paul for a recommendation; and

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has reviewed police, building, and property maintenance code violations within the past five years; and

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has determined that the property at 1563 University AVenue West is a municipal problem; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul recommends that the Board of Ramsey County Commissioners deny the application for the repurchase of the property at 1563 University Avenue West; And, Be It

FINALLY RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is requested to forward a certified copy of this Council resolution to the Ramsey County Tax Forfeited Land Office, 90 West Plato Blvd for final processing.
