Purpose of Appeal
We want to appeal 707 Edmund Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota 55104, Vacant Apartment Order. We have spent hundreds of dollars in repairs and hundreds of hours of labor to complete the work. We cannot afford the huge cost of putting it into vacant building. The work needed is almost completed. The outside work cannot be completed until warmer weather. (See note on back of application.)
