RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, Police Department is authorized to enter into a joint powers agreement with the agencies participating in the Gerald D. Vick Human Trafficking Task Force of Minnesota including Catholic Charities and the Unites States Attorney's Office. A copy of this agreement will be kept on file at the Office of Financial Services.
