Title

Approving the upgrade to a Liquor On Sale (291 or more seats) license and extension of the Liquor Outdoor Service Area to the rooftop for Cossetta's located at 211 Seventh Street West.

Body

WHEREAS, Cossetta's, Inc. d/b/a Cosetta's applied for an upgrade to a Liquor On Sale (291 or more seats) license and to extend their liquor outdoor service area to the rooftop of their licensed establishment located at 211 - 7^th Street West in Saint Paul; and

WHEREAS, the licensee currently holds a Liquor On Sale (181-290 seats); Liquor On Sale-Sunday; Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio), Restaurant (5) 151 and over and Retail Fd (D) - Grocery 3001-6000 <tel:3001-6000> sq. ft. license; and

WHEREAS, a notice was sent to the District Council and DSI received no objections to the upgrade or the extension of liquor outdoor service area; and

WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the upgrade or extension of the liquor outdoor service area; now, therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, that an upgrade to a Liquor On Sale (291 or more seats) and extension of the Liquor Outdoor Service Area to the rooftop of Cossetta's Inc. d/b/a Cossetta's located at 211-7^th Street West in Saint Paul is hereby granted.
