Approving the revised Sanitary Sewer Collection Agreement between Public Works and Saint Paul Regional Water Services (SPRWS).

Whereas; for many years SPRWS has collected sanitary sewer charges on their invoices, and
Whereas; signatures of all city officials have been obtained through routing of Green Sheet 3153139 which is attached, and
Whereas; SPRWS is paid monthly on the same transaction that transfers revenue to the Sewer Utility, and
Whereas; The attached agreement replaces the current agreement due to changes in costs and calculations for inflation assumptions, and
Therefore; the attached updated agreement between the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul and the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota is approved.
