WHEREAS, Hillcrest Operations, Inc. d/b/a Hillcrest Country Club (License ID #: 20120005121 <tel:20120005121>) located at 2200 Larpenteur Avenue East in Saint Paul applied for an Entertainment B license; and
WHEREAS, notice has been provided to all owners who own property or reside within three hundred fifty (350) feet of the establishment; and
WHEREAS, the licensee obtained one-hundred percent (100%) of the required signatures for the petition; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer received no objections to the issuance of the Entertainment B license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of the license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, that an Entertainment B license is granted to Hillcrest Operations, Inc. d/b/a Hillcrest Country Club located at 2200 Larpenteur Avenue East in Saint Paul.
