Approving adverse against the Taxicab Driver license application submitted by Scott K. Yahr.

WHEREAS, adverse action was taken against the Taxicab Driver license application submitted by Scott K. Yahr (License ID #20010001477) for the City of Saint Paul, by Notice of Intent to Deny License dated January 23, 2013, alleging the licensee failed to submit a copy of his State of Indiana driving record as required by Saint Paul Legislative Code ยง 376.16(e) (5) (e); and
WHEREAS, the licensing office recommended license denial; and
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Deny License to submit the required information, request a hearing or withdraw his license application; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Deny License stated that if the licensee failed to submit the required information, request a hearing or withdraw his license application by February 4, 2013, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Taxicab Driver license application submitted by Scott K. Yahr is hereby denied.
