Approving the issuance of a Class B Gambling Location license to Bullpen Sports Saloon in order to allow the South Robert Street Business Association (State ID # 00726) to operate at 395 Robert Street North.

Body

WHEREAS, South Robert Street Business Association (State ID #00726) applied for a Premise Permit from the State of Minnesota to allow them to operate at Bullpen Sports Saloon located at 395 Robert Street North in Saint Paul; and

WHEREAS, Saint Paul Legislative Code § 409.21 requires that the license applicant is required to obtain permission from the Saint Paul City Council before the license can be issued by the State of Minnesota; and

WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections does not object to the issuance of this license; now therefore be it,

RESOLVED, that the Class B Gambling Location license for Bullpen Sports Saloon is hereby approved.
