Body

WHEREAS on January 2, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 12-122, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Fees Services billed from March 23 to June 21, 2012 at 320 Stinson Street.  (File No. VB1302, Assessment No. 138801); and

WHEREAS, the property at 320 Stinson Street, being described as: Courtland, an Addition to St. Paul, Minn. Lots 1 & Lot 2 Blk 2, with the property identification number 25-29-23-42-0094 was assessed an amount of $1250.00; and

WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections recommends that the assessment be deleted due to data entry error and vacant building file was already closed; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1250.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 12-122 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
