Authorizing the Department of Parks and Recreation to accept a donation of 31 pairs of ski boots from Vail Resorts.
Body
WHEREAS, Vail Resorts wishes to donate 31 pairs of ski boots to the Saint Paul Department of Parks and Recreation; and
WHEREAS, the ski program is in need of ski boots for participants; and
WHEREAS, Vail Resorts wishes to be released from any liability associated with the use of the boots; now, therefore, be it
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby accepts the donation of the ski boots from Vail Resorts, thanks them for their generous donation and releases them from any liability related to the use of the ski boots in the ski program.
