Ratifying the assessments for Excessive Use of Inspection Services billed from July 20 to August 30, 2012.  (File No. J1302E, Assessment No. 138301)
 
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-2186 accepted the Report of Completion for Excessive Use of Inspection Service for Property Code Violations billed during the time period of July 20 to August 30, 2012; and
 
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
 
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on March 6, 2013 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
 
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
 
RLH TA 13-65 - 670 Bellows Street;
RLH TA 13-58 - 1153 Central Avenue West;
RLH TA 13-47 - 1210 Magnolia Avenue East;
RLH TA 13-49 - 346 Maria Avenue;
RLH TA 13-67 - 2048 Third Street East;
RLH TA 13-53 - 432 Wheeler Street North;
RLH TA 13-54 - 155 Wilshire Place; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are herby in all respects ratified; And, Be It
 
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
