WHEREAS on January 16, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 12-126, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up Services from July 25 to August 31, 2012 at 391 Thomas Avenue (File No. J1302A, Assessment No. 138501); and
WHEREAS, the property at 391 Thomas Avenue, being described as: Smiths Sub of Stinsns Div B 2 Lot 13 Blk 8, with the property identification number 36-29-23-21-0150 was assessed an amount of $315.00; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as there was improper notification; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $315.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 12-126 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
