Amending Council File RLH AR 12-126 to delete the assessment for Property Cleanup Services from July 25 to August 31, 2012 at 287 BLAIR AVENUE.  (File No. J1302A, Assessment No. 138501)

Body

WHEREAS on January 16, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 12-126, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up Services from July 25 to August 31, 2012 at 287 Blair Avenue (File No. J1302A, Assessment No. 138501); and

WHEREAS, the property at 287 Blair Avenue, being described as: Eva's Rearrangement Lot 14, with the property identification number 36-29-23-12-0039 was assessed an amount of $395.00; and

WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections recommends deleting the assessment as there is no video of the clean up; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $395.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 12-126 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
