Body

WHEREAS on January 2, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 12-117, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for  Property Clean Up Services from July 2 to July 25, 2012 at 1171 Dayton Avenue.  (File No. J1301A, Assessment No. 138500); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1171 Dayton Avenue, being described as: Anna E. Ramsey's Addition to the City of St. Paul Lot 26 Blk 2, with the property identification number 03-28-23-11-0053 was assessed an amount of $315.00; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as it was made in error; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $315.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 12-117 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
