Purpose of Appeal

We bought house on 11/2/12.  It was ok and had rental license.  We didn't get any correction letter until yesterday.  We fixed everything in the truth-in-sale.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Jintu Wang to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 506 THOMAS AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal to be out of the Vacant Building Program; owner must obtain a code compliance inspection; and tenants must vacate by February 1, 2013; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
