RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a Release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511, the total sum of thirty thousand dollars and no cents ($30,000.00) in full and final settlement of Plaintiff's claims in the Tobari West v. Officer Rondle Townsend, Officer Todd Bjorkman and City of St. Paul lawsuit for damages arising from an incident occurring on April 14, 2011 at 1756 Beech Street where excessive force was alleged.
