Appeal of Jack L. Hurley, Champion Apartments, to a Summary Abatement Order at 200 KIPLING STREET.
Purpose of Appeal
We are looking for an extension of time to remove the tires that have been illegally dumped on our property. We have taken care of the problem on two other occassions last year, but with the number of tires dumped this particular time, and the dump site being located down a steep hill, we would like an extension to allow us to remove the tires when the weather is more accommodating.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Jack L. Hurley, Champion Apartments, to a Summary Abatement Order at 200 KIPLING STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
