ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul ("City") has agreed to permit the Market House Condominium Association ("Market House") to continue to park on a parcel of land owned and used by Market House as a parking lot for condominium owners, said parcel being located northeasterly of Broadway Street and northwesterly of Fifth Street East in the Lowertown neighborhood of Downtown Saint Paul, for a period of less than one year, as provided for in Lease Agreement PR/86 attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the Manager of the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section recommends approval of said Lease Agreement; and
WHEREAS, any rental payments that may be required under said Lease Agreement shall be deposited into city account number CPL-C12-1R051-6801; now, therefore be it
ORDERED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute License Agreement PR/86 with the Market House Condominium Association.
