Approving the purchase of easements for the Raymond, Bradford, and Ellis Reconstruction Project.
 
Body
WHEREAS, on November 2, 2011, the City Council approved Council File Number 11-1097, a Final Order authorizing acquisition of right-of-way property rights necessary for the Raymond, Bradford and Ellis Reconstruction Project; and
 
WHEREAS, the City has secured an agreement for the purchase of permanent and temporary easements on, over, under and across a parcel of land located at the intersection of Raymond Avenue, Bradford Street and Ellis Avenue; and
 
WHEREAS, the City has agreed to pay Fourteen Thousand Six Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($14,600.00) for said easements, this being a fair and reasonable value as determined by an appraisal and negotiated and agreed to between the City and property owners; and
 
WHEREAS, the Real Estate Manager has recommended purchase of said easements at the agreed-upon value, plus other plus other considerations as outlined in the Purchase Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A; now, therefore be it
 
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Council of the City of Saint Paul do hereby approve said Purchase Agreements and accept said temporary and permanent easements in a form and content substantially as set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto; and further authorize and direct the proper city officials to pay the St. Anthony Green Townhomes Phase Three Association, Inc. the above-listed amount, said sum to be charged to Activity Code CPL-C11-2L026-0788-00000; and to record said permanent easements with Ramsey County and pay all recording costs.
