Ratifying the assessments for Tree Removal Services during July and August 2012. (File No. 1301T, Asmt No. 139000)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-1953 accepted the Report of Removal of Diseased and/or Dangerous Tree on Private Properties from the months of July to August 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on February 6, 2013 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are herby in all respects ratified; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment.
