Authorizing the Police Department to enter into the Organized Crime Drug Force agreements with the United States Department of Justice.

RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, Police Department is authorized to enter into Organized Crime Drug Enforcement (OCDETF) agreements with the United States Department of Justice for the period of January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013 to participate in any Federal Bureau of Investigation or Drug Enforcement Agency task force operations for this period. The agreement (Attachment A) will be entered into and a copy kept on file in the Office of Financial Services.
