Amending the financing and spending plans in the Department of Public Works in the amount of $252,574.83 for 2010 Major Sewer Repair Program changes in the Sibley Broadway Sewer Repair Project.
Body
WHEREAS, City Council approved the 2010 CIB Budget for Major Sewer Repair Program in the amount of $ 1,549.731, and
WHEREAS, Change Orders for the Sibley Broadway Sewer Repair Project, a job under the 2010 Major Sewer Repair Program, total $ 426,584.84, and
WHEREAS, There is a current budget shortage in the 2010 Major Sewer Repair Program to complete the job, and
WHEREAS, It is desired to keep all paperwork for each job together for ease of review and audit, and
WHEREAS, The financing for the program is funded solely by the Sewer Fund who authorized the change orders, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $ 252,574.83 is available for appropriation in the Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvements Budgets in the paticulars as specified in the attached financial analysis.
