WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 13-81 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for repaving the street at 40' wide. The project also included the installation of new sidewalks and brick boulevards, sewer improvements, tree planting and street lighting; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on March 6, 2013 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
