Purpose of Appeal
I am appealing to be out of the rental program. I am asking that the $50 fee be waived. Father, George Rosenow, in nursing home. I/brother are not landlords. We rented for 10 months (an awful experience; we will no longer rent).

WHEREAS, in the matter of Gale Rosenow, on behalf of George Rosenow, to an Invoice for Provisional Fire Certificate of Occupancy and to be out of the Fire Certificate of Occupancy Program at 1218 DALE STREET NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal to be out of the Fire Certificate of Occupancy Program; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
