Purpose of Appeal
I did not have the ability to get notification when it was initially presented of the modification and tasks to be attended. I am asking for a reasonable time extension to complete 42 different dificiencies to maintain my residence of living. Please & thank you for the time.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Zachary D. Schack to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 1101 SIXTH STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny appeal and grant an extension to February 1, 2013 to vacate, this grant of time being contingent upon inspector confirmation smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are functioning property and unsanitary conditions have been abated; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
