Ratifying the assessments for construction of sanitary sewer service connections as requested by the property owners in connection with the Hewitt/Tatum RSVP. (File No. 19122C, Assmt. No. 136003)

WHEREAS, the City Council accepted the Report of Completion of Assessment for the construction of sanitary sewer service connections and/or storm sewer stubs at the request of property owners in connection with the Hewitt/Tatum RSVP project (RES 13-63); and
WHEREAS, on March 6, 2013 the City Council held a public hearing to consider ratification of the assessment for the construction work; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 76 of the Administrative Code, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal annual installments.
