RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-0511-000 <tel:09070-0511-000>to Luke Prescott and his attorney, Andrew Irlbeck, the total sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars and no cents ($30,000) in full and final settlement in civil court file no. 12-CV-2253 (PAM/JJK) for damages and attorney's fees arising from the incident occurring on November 2, 2008.
