Title
Appeal of Brian and Sabrina Reed to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1033 ARCADE STREET.

Purpose of Appeal
We are appealing the vacant building registration because we had been doing everything asked by the inspector to lift the condemnation and had an open electrical permit.  We had close to $3000 worth of work done & when the electrician called the inspector to let him know it was going to take longer because they couldn't find a junction box in the wall, he took it as we couldn't complete the work & put the property on the vacant building list.
