RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, Police Department is authorized to enter into the facility rental agreement with the Neighborhood House at Wellstone Center which includes an indemnification clause.   This agreement allows for the rental of the West Side Room on Wednesday, January 23, 2013.  A copy of said agreement is to be kept on file and on record in the Office of Financial Services.
