WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Alicia Said to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Revocation and Order to Vacate at 941 BEECH STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension to the close of business on January 4, 2013 to bring the entire list into compliance or the property must be vacated; an extentsion is granted to July 1, 2013 for the roof which is granted unless there is evidence of water infiltration; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
