WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Tim McCarty to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 442 SUMMIT AVENUE #2, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension to December 2019 for the removal or repair. Signage must be posted inside the room nearest to the fire escape indicating the fire escape landing is not useable; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
